Pine Lake Park Coop is a friendly residential community in picturesque Westchester, 50 minutes by train from Grand Central Station. Summer is peak season here, but we are open from Mid-May to Mid-October each year.
With a beautiful private lake for swimming, boating and fishing, four clay tennis courts, weekly pickup basketball game, trails for hiking & biking, entertainment in our social hall, and fine dining minutes away, PLP has something for everyone.

Pine Lake is the heart of our community, with incredible freshwater swimming, water sports, boating and fishing. A sandy beach, adjacent communal barbeque equipment, and jungle gym mean there’s something for everyone.
An active community
Whether you’re an advanced or beginning tennis player - or prefer basketball or hiking - you’ll find an active community here at Pine Lake Park. Saturday night, family-friendly entertainment lights up the weekend and features concerts, film screenings, and talent shows.
